1 cup almond milk
½ cup natural yogurt
1 ripe banana (I like using chopped frozen pieces)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
handful frozen organic blueberries
1 tbsp flaxseed oil (great source of omega fatty acids)
Add all ingredients into to a blender and process until smooth (add extra milk or water if it’s too thick).
Tip: I always keep a container of chopped banana in the freezer to throw into smoothies, it adds a great creamy texture. You could also use strawberries or mixed berries if preferred.
